Admissions Process

Thank you for your interest in the Shrine of St. Anne Catholic School! Below you will find the steps to apply to our school. For questions regarding the admissions process, please reach out to our school office at office@stannescatholic.com.

IMPORTANT ADMISSIONS DATES

Limited spaces remain for the 2026-27 school year. Our school allows rolling admissions.

I. Schedule a Tour

The first step in exploring a Catholic education for your family is scheduling a tour of our school! We welcome the opportunity to meet with you in-person, provide you with a full tour of our school, and answer any questions you may have! Tours are offered most days from 8:30-10:30am and 1-3pm. Tours are held during school hours and last approximately one hour.

II. Gather the required documents

Birth certificate
Most recent report card from current or last school year*
Most recent standardized achievement test scores**
Educational or physical accommodations, if applicable
Immunization records

*Incoming Kindergarten students should submit most recent preschool evaluations, if available.

**Standardized testing may not be available for K-2 grade but should be submitted, if available.

Incoming Kindergarteners must be 5 by October 1st.

Incoming 1st graders must be 6 by October 1st.

III. Submit Online Application

To begin the application process, please Create an Account on FACTS. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, login to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account, access your open application, and track the status of your application. Please note there is a $25 application fee charged on submittal of application.

For transfer students in grades 1-8, an admissions interview with our administration will be conducted prior to acceptance. The office will contact you to schedule the interview.

IV. Recieve admission decision

Upon application review, you will be notified if your student has been accepted to the school. Once accepted, you will be instructed on steps to complete registration for the school year. All current and new families incur a non-refundable registration fee. While completing registration, you may be asked to submit additional information or paperwork for your student. Enrollment priority is given to current students, current families, parishioners of Shrine of St. Anne Parish, Affiliated Non-Parishioners, and then Non-Affiliated families.

Application for admission to the Shrine of St. Anne Catholic School indicates willingness to be a member in an authentic Roman Catholic community. This includes ongoing, regular support of the Parish and school in time and resources, to the best ability of the parents. Non - Catholics applying for admission must indicate that they will adhere to the mission of membership in the our community.

Assurance Statement of Compliance with the purposes of Title IX Education Act

Consistent with applicable exemptions and the non-discrimination statements from the Office of Catholic Schools of the Archdiocese of Denver, the Catholic schools of the Archdiocese of Denver, under the jurisdiction of the Archbishop, and at the direction of the Superintendent, attest that none of the Catholic schools discriminates on the basis of sex in its admission policies, its treatment of students or its employment practices.

Consistent with applicable exemptions and the non-discrimination statements from the Office of Catholic Schools of the Archdiocese of Denver, the Catholic Schools of the Archdiocese of Denver, under the jurisdiction of the Archbishop, and at the direction of the Superintendent, state that all of their Catholic schools admit students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the schools. Furthermore, Archdiocesan schools admit disabled students in accord with the policy on Admissions in the Archdiocese of Denver Catholic Schools Administrator’s Manual. These schools do not discriminate on the basis of race, age, disability, color, and national or ethnic origin in the administration of their educational policies, employment practices, scholarship and loan programs, athletic or other school-administered programs.
