Faith In Action

Jessica Bachus, Founder and Executive Director of Dolls for Daughters, recently visited our junior high students to receive their bundle of student sewn blankets to share with her families in need. In return, Mrs. Bachus shared her story which included a background as a former teacher of high school English and a mother who had suffered tragedy with the loss of a stillborn child. When asked about her children, she responds that she has three on Earth and one that soars.

She was inspired to help others and her Dolls for Daughters and Kenzi’s Kidz work to support underprivileged children and their families by providing toys, food, clothing, school supplies, especially during the holidays, financial planning and professional support.
