Growing our Garden of Young Learners: Kindergarten (literally means children’s garden in German)

The Shrine of St. Anne School Kindergarten program is designed to instill a love for learning in all students while building a strong foundation for continued school success. Our goal is to provide students with a year of challenging and fun-filled learning experiences that will enhance the total development of the child spiritually, socially, intellectually, and physically.

A typical day engages students in Religion, Language Arts (reading, writing, listening), Math, Science, and Social Studies. Students visit specialists in Music, Physical Education, Art, Spanish, and Technology. Throughout the year, our Kindergarten students have opportunities to attend all-school liturgies and prayer services, to be involved in school-wide service projects, and will experience out-of-school field trips.
